Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the �buy now�
pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them
into the shopping cart. If you wish to make multiple purchases of
any item click on the 'View Order' link on the top right hand
side of the home page and increase the quantity. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You may also send us a cheque together with a print-out of your
order or send your debit/debit card details to us by Post or Fax,
together with a copy of your order, or via our secure buy-online
page. If you are buying from outside the UK your credit/debit card
company will convert the transaction to pounds stirling.We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express. We do not charge for
any item until it is ready to send. Back-ordered items are not
charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit/debit card
information via phone, fax, post or via our secure online page.
Shipping And Handling
Postage to UK destinations is by Courier or Royal Mail at a flat
rate of �5 and to Europe at �15. The rest of the World is charged
at �25 per shipment.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days .
International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is
added
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the
order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on
any web site.
